Who we are
FinPay is a payments platform. We issue named USD accounts with SWIFT access. We are not a bank. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at partner banks. This policy covers data we collect when you visit this site, submit a form, or start KYB.
What we collect
Contact forms collect name, work email, company, and message. KYB collects company documents, beneficial owners, and addresses required to issue an account. Usage data on this site may include pages viewed and referring URL. We do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use contact data to reply. We use KYB data to open and operate the account, to meet screening obligations, and to show counterparties a beneficiary name that matches your company. Partner banks and screening vendors receive what they need to hold funds and clear wires — not our marketing list.
Retention and requests
We keep KYB records for as long as the account is open and for the period the law requires after closure. Email hello@finpay.com to access, correct, or delete data we can lawfully remove. Some wire records cannot be erased because the bank and the SWIFT message already exist.
